Delivery Information

We aim to make our shipping charges simple, fair and transparent. All orders are dispatched using fully tracked services, with signature on delivery and insurance included in the shipping price where applicable.

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be carefully packed before dispatch.

Standard UK Delivery

All UK orders are shipped via a fully tracked, signed-for and insured delivery service.

Delivery is available Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Larger & Oversized Items

Some products cannot be shipped using our standard flat-rate service due to their size, weight or value. Examples include:

Where applicable, the correct shipping cost will be calculated automatically during checkout based on the item(s) purchased. These items will also be sent using a tracked, signed-for and insured service.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through our website.
