At Oscar's Treasure Island, we aim to provide a simple, reliable and transparent shipping service. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched using fully tracked delivery services, with insurance included where applicable.

Processing Your Order

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment has been received. During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Delivery

We offer a simple flat-rate UK delivery service.

• Standard Delivery: £4.99
• Free UK delivery on orders over £100
• Estimated delivery: 2-4 working days after dispatch

All parcels are sent using a fully tracked delivery service, with insurance included. A signature may be required upon delivery depending on the service used.

Oversized & Heavy Items

Certain products, including larger LEGO sets, display models and other oversized items, cannot be shipped using our standard flat-rate service.

Where applicable, the correct shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the size and weight of the item(s). These orders will also be sent using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can monitor your parcel's progress.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier networks, adverse weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.

Remote Areas

Deliveries to certain UK locations, including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and other offshore locations, may take longer than our standard delivery estimate. Additional charges may apply for larger items where imposed by our delivery partners.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through our website.
