Returns & Refunds Policy

At Oscar's Treasure Island, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the policy below.

Changing Your Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Sealed products must remain unopened and in their original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your order.

Return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Photographs of the outer packaging.
  • Photographs of the shipping label.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or faulty item.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

If we have sent the incorrect item, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning it and dispatch the correct item at no additional charge.

Sealed Products

For hygiene, collectability and authenticity reasons, sealed products can only be returned if they remain unopened and in their original condition, unless they are faulty.

If a sealed product is missing components or contains a manufacturing defect, we recommend contacting the manufacturer first, as replacement parts are often supplied directly. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact our customer support team and we will be happy to assist.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived, please contact us.

We will investigate with the courier and keep you informed throughout the process. Refunds or replacements cannot normally be issued until the courier has completed its investigation.

Please do not return goods without contacting us first, as this helps us process your return as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method as soon as possible. Please note that your payment provider may take several working days to credit the funds to your account.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
