From time to time, Oscar's Treasure Island may offer products for pre-order prior to their official release date.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving stock from an upcoming allocation. Full payment is required at the time your order is placed unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

• Release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change without notice.
• We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors or couriers.
• If a release date changes, your order will remain active and will be dispatched as soon as stock is received.
• If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order due to supplier allocation or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us.

Once your order has been dispatched, our standard Returns & Refund Policy will apply.
