Trading card products are randomised by the manufacturer.

We cannot guarantee specific cards, rarities, pull rates or sealed contents.

All sealed products are supplied exactly as received from our authorised distributors.

Opened sealed products cannot be returned unless faulty or required under your statutory consumer rights.

5. Graded Cards

Graded cards sold by Oscar's Treasure Island have been authenticated and graded by independent third-party grading companies.

The assigned grade represents the opinion of that grading company.

Oscar's Treasure Island accepts no responsibility for differences of opinion regarding grading standards.

6. Pricing

Whilst we make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

If a pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch.

7. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment methods displayed during checkout.

8. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy available on our website.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

9. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
