Oscar’s Treasure Island is a UK-based small business specialising in collectible products and mystery boxes. By purchasing or participating in any Oscar’s Treasure Island promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
All products are prepared and sold by Oscar’s Treasure Island, created by Oscar & Team, operating within the United Kingdom.
2. Product Information
- All Pokémon and One Piece booster packs included within our Mystery Treasure Chests are official, factory-sealed products purchased through authorised distributors.
- Oscar’s Treasure Island is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Pokémon, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company International, Bandai, Toei Animation, Shueisha, or any related brands.
- Each Mystery Treasure Chest is hand-packed, and the contents will vary between boxes.
- The value and contents of each chest are guaranteed to represent fair retail value based on current market prices at the time of packing.
3. Treasure Island Scratch Cards – Promotion Terms
Selected Mystery Treasure Chests may include an Oscar’s Treasure Island Scratch Card at random. The scratch card offers one of the following potential prizes:
10% Off Your Next Order – Redeemable online at www.oscarstreasureisland.co.uk or in person at our official UK TCG shows.
- Maximum discount value is £10.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
- Valid while the promotional campaign is active.
- If redeemed online, postage and packaging (P&P) are not included and must be paid separately.
Free Binder Prize – A binder chosen at random by Oscar’s Treasure Island.
The binder can be collected in person at a UK TCG show or posted to your UK address at our discretion.
No cash alternative.
Prize value may vary based on availability.

£50 Voucher – Redeemable online or at any official Oscar’s Treasure Island TCG shows.
Has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. How to Claim Your Prize
To claim a reward from an Oscar’s Treasure Island Scratch Card, you must:
Present your winning scratch card in person at one of our official UK TCG shows, or
Send a clear photo of your winning scratch card via email or our official social media channels.
Once verified, we will issue a unique voucher code or confirmation for prize collection or redemption.
Oscar’s Treasure Island reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all winning scratch cards before issuing any prize or voucher.
5. Promotion Validity
The Treasure Island Scratch Card promotion is available only while supplies last.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Prizes must be claimed within the promotional period specified on the scratch card or promotional materials.
6. Refunds and Returns
Due to the mystery nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or incorrect through a fault on our part.
